The owner of a ten-story office building at 65 Elizabeth in Bethlehem, PA, wished to update the building’s exterior and convert several floors into apartments for mixed-use. Artefact provided initial schemes for renovating the building envelope and consulted on interior design for the building entryway and hallways as well as the new apartments. The resulting aesthetic was spare, modern, and attractive while also remaining cost-effective.
