Our team designed the renovation and adaptive reuse of the original 1893 Easton High School building, a National Register property that had most recently been used as Northampton County office space, to transform it into a 50-apartment multi-family residential property. We preserved the building’s remaining historic features, paying special attention to original Victorian-era details, and prepared historic tax credit paperwork for partial funding of the renovation.
