Artefact was selected to design the renovation of an early-twentieth-century commercial building for use as the shop, administrative offices, and shipping department of a mini-submarine manufacturer. As the client requested, our design celebrated the historic features of the building, such as its exposed brick interior walls, and created a polished, 1920s aesthetic throughout the office spaces.
